May. 15th, 2003 02:05 pmThe lamb ribs are simmering away for the Poitrine d'Agneau a la Sainte Menehoulde. Last minute prep on that to be done on site. The leg of lamb Ziriko is marinading and the mushrooms for the Mushroom and Hazelnut Pate are simmering nicely. Tomorrow I'll assemble the Hungarian Cabbage and Pepper Salad to give it some time to mature before saturday night.
