Tax dollars at work

chickenfeetThere is currently a Parks and Rec truck outside our building. Its mission appears to be to feed trees as it carries a big tank and two hose reels which are currently connected to two wand like things that are stuck in the ground at the base of trees. The job appears to be to sit there until the trees have had the required dose of chemo. The truck carries a crew of three.
