Damned arm strikes back

Whatever I did to my left arm, shoulder, side in May is playing up again. I have dull achey pains all down my left arm. It's currently staying tolerable by virtue of 800mg of Ibuprofen every 4-6 hours but it really is a bit of a drag.

I shattered my right radius nearly five years ago and it still has fits of pique where it, much like Sandberg's fog on cat's feet, sits, aching for a week or so, and then moves on. When it thus betrays me I call it 'El Gimpy.'

So you may be in for this for a while.

Ouch! That's not good at all! I wonder if the changing weather has anything to do with this...my knee's been playing up again this week and I've not done anything to it! It's not bad enough to consider a visit to the physio, but still...
