Date: 2006-11-17 02:59 pm (UTC)It seems interesting that the only question about militarism is about the draft, which will lend people to say, "no, there shouldn't be a draft", which is a quite minor issue, rather than, say, "how should the US influence the rest of the world militarily?"
There are questions about guns, but not crime (except for a remarkably skewed question about drugs) or punishment. Etc.

I find the draft question interesting, because it mentioned national service. I seem to hear more and more comments these days about how good it would be to have some.
