I was at the market this morning. One of the fishmongers had somewhat dubious looking Sea Bream for $9.99 per pound. When I was a child we often took our summer holidays in Cornwall. My mother used to buy bream off the boats for a shilling each. They were fresh. A typical bream weighs about 3/4 pound. You do the arithmetic!
