Massage therapy
Jun. 29th, 2007 04:51 pmPhysio seems to have done as much as it can for my trapped left arm nerve problem so my PT suggested trying massage therapy instead. Believe me, nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition, least of all me, but I reckon that must be where my RMT learned his trade. It hurt. It still hurts. I assume the idea is that the nerve learns that if it doesn't behave it will have to go back for another session and is thus frightened into compliance.

...and by "LIVED" I mean "experienced intense, stabbing pain that found you praying for death's sweet release".
Good times, good times...
