chickenfeetAfter a brief meltdown on Tuesday evening, yesterday was rather pleasant. We hiked for about seven miles in the Muir Woods area then went to Muir Beach for a swim. It was hot, and dusty. In fact it's been hot since we arrived; pushing 35C most days though cool at night.
I'm not sure what the plan is for today but we will probably head into the city tomorrow and crash at friends Friday night. Then the plan is to go up to Mendocino/Fort Bragg Monday/Tuesday.
I just confirmed the team selection for Sunday ahead of tonight's final practice.
