Physio update

So, two physios (a comedy double act of a Canadian lass and a Yorkie) working on me this morning trying to figure out what was up. They poked and prodded and observed both ankles while I did a bunch of exercises and what not. The consensus seemed to be that all kinds of things were in the wrong place or bent or broken but that the troublesome ankle didn't really look any worse than the other one. After a few more pokes and twists she decided it would be a good idea to stick some acupuncture needles in so she did. I've never had acupuncture before so i can chalk that up as an experience. It's also the first time I've responded to emails while lying flat on my back with things stuck in me.

Whatever they did does seem to have helped and I go back again on Friday for another look.

I've been using acupuncture for years to help my wrists. Hope it does as much for you as it has for me.

Hope the acupuncture continues to help. At least it doesn't stop you answering emails; you'll have to do running commentary on LJ next.
