Sucky, suckier, suckiest
Jan. 8th, 2009 04:33 pmThe walk to work this morning was horrible. In the last 48 hours we have had all known forms of precipitation meaning that yet'reen the sidewalks were inches deep in slush. Overnight it froze into slippy, uneven ruts. Navigating that on a duff ankle resulted in me arriving at work grey with pain. Then to cap it all I blacked out at lunchtime. I was sitting in a restaurant in Scarberia having lunch with a colleague and a business partner when I just blacked out and fell off my chair, unconscious, to the floor. Fortunately I didn't hit my head or anything and I was OK again after a fe minutes but it really wasn't something I needed.

Date: 2009-01-08 10:41 pm (UTC)The walking - in the morning and at lunchtime - must have been both difficult and hugely painful, and a stress that can't have helped you in general. But that's worrying, I'm sorry. Take care of yourself. P.
