This journal entry delayed by Leela the pesky Bengal who decided to drop by, knock my mouse off the desk and use my mousepad as a scratching post.
Must get packed for our trip to Ireland and England but first we have to pick up the lemur's bridesmaid's dress from the seamstress, firefae. We will be away for a couple of weeks seeing family and friends (almost mutually exclusive categories).
I used to travel for work so much that now I have the worst of both worlds. I find the whole process infinitely tedious but I now have to worry about stuff like how much it costs! This one is especially awkward because of the very odd logistics, We fly TO to Heathrow then have to drag our asses across London to Stansted to get a cheapie flight to Knock which is the nearest airport to the incredibly inaccessible place Carolyn has chosen for the wedding (someone deserves a spanking but she would enjoy it too much!). On the way back we have to drag ourselves from Stansted to Christchurch to see my folks. Trouble is I don't really understand how British trains work anymore. I haven't been on an English train since the demise of British Rail.

You can check here for rail times: http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/planmyjourney/
Have a great trip!
