Jan. 23rd, 2013 05:17 pmThis morning's COC season announcement press conference had a special little wrinkle. Sir Thomas Allen will make his COC debut next year. I've been chatting with the Durham alumni person for Toronto and we are going to see if we can make some sort of event happen.
