Canada in miniature

In an attempt to track down the whereabouts of my (thuggish) cousin who is serving in the Canadian navy I browsed through the websites for our frigates since last I heard he was serving on one of them. It was Canada in miniature. The site for HMCS Ottawa didn't work at all. HMCS St. John's didn't have one. The site for HMCS Ville de Quebec was "bilingual"(1). I clicked on "English" to be told that the site was, legally, only available in French. I clicked on "francais" which produced no information at all!
